Eligibility: You can return most items purchased from YasCart within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and certain health and personal care products. Please check the product page for any specific return restrictions.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

Step 1: Log into your YasCart account and go to your order history.

Step 2: Select the item you wish to return and click on the 'Return' option.

Step 3: Follow the prompts to complete the return request form, and a return label will be generated.

Step 4: Pack the item securely and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest postal service.
3. Return Shipping Costs:

Within the UK: For returns within the UK, return shipping is free for items that meet our return policy criteria.

Outside the UK: For returns from other European countries, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refund Process:

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund: If the item is approved for a return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Refunds for Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit for sale items in certain cases.
